Central to Sinnolabs, its network of mentors consists of respected and successful individuals with many years of hands-on China experience in specific industries or company functions. These mentors are sharing essential resources needed for success and getting access to the SinnoLabs’ network, government connections, and partner companies.
What is mentoring about?
- Mentoring is a process based on mutual respect and trust.
- Creating a win-win relationship with the mentee of the participating company, SinnoLabs, and their private and government parties.
- Share your experience and network available with the mentee, during regularly scheduled one-to-one mentoring sessions.
- Discuss specific topics according to the curriculum (or related topics) and the mentee’s ideas, plans, and challenges.
- Provide opinions, guidance as well as people or organizations from your network that can be contacted further.
- Follow up with the mentee and share the progress with SinnoLabs and the potential appointed manager.

Mentor’s requirements:
- Being an expert in your industry at an associate, senior, or executive level.
- Having excellent knowledge & expertise within your industry, contacts & network in the field, and supporting strategic visioning.
- Having the skills, competencies, and personality to be an excellent mentor: open communication, integrity, commitment, entrepreneurial, and strategic visioning.
- Available for a few hours per month to share your expertise with the mentee.
- Professional English language skills, spoken and written
- Being based in China
